Suggested Webull Requirements
If you plan to use a multi-window setup with tools such as custom tick charts, several charts, and personalized widget layouts, it is recommended to use a system with the following requirements:
CPU: 2.5+ GHz Quad Core processor or AMD equivalent
RAM: 8-16 GB

If you are using an older Intel-based Mac, review the technical specifications listed above.

Steps to Improve Performance
Although most traders should not have major performance problems with Webull’s software, some systems may slow down because of network speed, computer resource usage, or the number of screens being used.
If your Webull trading platform becomes slow or freezes, here are a few simple steps that may help improve your trading computer’s performance.
Hardware Upgrades: Adding more RAM and using an SSD can improve multitasking and platform performance on your trading computer. These upgrades can speed up data access and make the trading experience smoother.
Network Optimization: For a stable and fast internet connection during real-time trading, use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi when possible. You can also give your trading platform priority in your modem, router, or connection software to help maintain reliability during trading sessions.
Software Optimization: Keep your trading platform updated to improve speed and stability. Regular updates can provide bug fixes and performance improvements. To free up system resources, close unnecessary programs and background tasks that use CPU and RAM. Schedule non-trading tasks outside market hours to reduce resource usage during important trading periods.
Platform Settings: To reduce slowdowns, simplify your charts and platform layout. This can include using fewer indicators, removing extra data, and cleaning up visual elements. Optimized platform settings can create a smoother trading experience while still keeping the information you need for decision-making.
